Dear all, this is a reminder for all students to observe BK regulations and refrain from unauthorized actions while attending overseas academic programs, such as a conference or a summer school.

1. Travel Itinerary Changes: Any changes to the travel itinerary may require full reimbursement of the round-trip airfare. Students must ensure that their travel plans are consistent with the original itinerary provided.

2. Travel Plans: All travel plans, including any deviations from the original itinerary, must be discussed with and confirmed by the program in advance. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including the requirement to reimburse travel costs or the loss of scholarship eligibility.

3. Unauthorized Activities: Engaging in unauthorized activities during the program may result in the permanent loss of eligibility for future BK scholarship opportunities.

4. Responsibility and Liability: The organizing committee and the university are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage resulting from students' unauthorized actions, as well as from unforeseen environmental changes or natural disasters. Students are fully responsibility for their actions and any consequences thereof.

5. Special Circumstances Related to Overseas Stay: Any special circumstances related to students' overseas stay must be consulted and confirmed with the organizing committee.
