1.지원 자격

- 미등록, 휴학만료, 자원퇴학, 성적불량 제적자 (학기만료 제적, 징계 제적자는 재입학이 불가함)

※ 입학정원의 결원이 있을 때 1회에 한하여 재입학을 허가할 수 있음.

2.신청 절차

가. 신청 기간: 2023. 8. 1. (화) 00:00 ~ 8. 10. (목) 23:59 까지

나. 제출서류

  1) 재입학신청서 

  2) 재입학청원서 

  3) 학업계획서

  4) 성적증명서 

  ※ 양식 다운로드: 대학원 홈페이지 > 학사안내 > 각종 양식 > 학적 관련 서류 양식 > 재입학원서(Application_Form_for_Readmission)

다. 제출처: 학과 사무실 및 연세포탈 

▶ 학과 안내를 따로 확인하여, 학과에 서류를 제출하고, 포탈로도 별도 신청

▶ 포탈 신청 방법: 연세포탈(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)  > 학사정보시스템 > 로그인 > 학사행정 > 학적 > 학생 > 재입학신청(대학원) > 첨부파일 업로드 > 재입학신청동의 > 신청

라. 재입학 승인 결과: 8월 말 연세포탈에서 확인 가능

4.유의사항

  가. 등록제도운영에 관한 시행세칙에 의거, 재입학 시 입학금 1/2을 납부해야 함

  나. 재입학 후 당해 학기는 반드시 수강 신청 및 등록을 해야 하며, 일반휴학이 불가함

  다. 재입학 전 일반휴학을 모두 활용한 학생은 재입학 후 일반휴학 할 수 없음

  라. 재입학은 1회에 한하여 허용함

  마. 재입학 합격 후 포기 시 다시 재입학을 할 수 없음

  바. 재입학 전 학사경고 사항은 유효하며 횟수를 누적 적용함

  사. 학번 및 연세포탈 비밀번호를 잊어버렸을 경우, 대학원 교학팀으로 문의

1.Qualifications

- Expulsion due to the unregistered student status, expiration of leave of absence period, poor academic performance, voluntarily withdrawn students

  (Expulsion due to the expiration of thesis submission period, Expulsion due to the disciplinary measures are NOT allowed to apply for the re-admission)

※ Re-Admission can be granted only once when there is a vacancy in the admission quota.

  2) Petition for Re-admission(prescribed form)

C.Document Submission: Yonsei Portal

▶ Check the department guidance separately, submit documents to the department, and apply separately through the Yonsei Portal.

▶ How to apply for a portal: Yonsei Portal(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) > Academic information System > Log In > Academic Information > Academic Affairs > Student

       > Re-admission application (graduate school) > Upload Attachment > Agree the notice on personal data collecting and use > Apply

D.Result of Re-Admission Approval: Applicants can check the results on the Yonsei Portal at the end of February

3.Re-Admission Procedures

4.Notices 

  A. According to the regulations of registration policies, 50 percent of the admission fee will be carried out when re-entering the school.

  B. After re-admitted, students MUST register and cannot take a leave of absence during the 1st semester.

  C. Re-Admitted students who used up all the chances of leave of absence before re-admission, cannot take a leave of absence after the re-admission.

  D. Re-Admission is allowed only once.

  E. When students give up re-admission after getting accepted, re-admission is not allowed ever again.

  F. Academic warning(s) received before the re-admission will still remain effective after the re-admission.

  G. If you forget your student number and Yonsei Portal password, contact the Graduate School Office.
